Submission Policy Overview
by submitting a video you consent to videocan
1) retaining a copy on a hard drive,
2) uploading a copy to our private Vimeo, and
3) making that Vimeo copy available through our catalogue (we won’t share it anywhere else)
videocan will not disseminate or share your videos in any other way than those described above, though we will with your permission maybe share a screenshot on our Instagram

Submission Requirements
the archival video includes the ENTIRE performance
the video file is either a MP4, MOV, WMV, AVI, and FLV [for more information on Vimeo’s recommended formats, click here]
resolution quality may vary—be not ashamed should you have filmed in less than 4K
upload video to WeTransfer or Dropbox, or, if the video is already on a Vimeo or YouTube account, make the video downloadable
